蓋​淡江大橋　我赴德國舉行國際競圖

公路總局主辦的淡江大橋主橋依環評承諾辦理國際競圖，首場國外(歐洲地區)招商說明會已於本月19日於德國漢堡舉行，由公路總局總工程司吳進興主持，協同新北市政府交通局等單位出席，參加說明會廠商包括來自德國漢堡、慕尼黑、柏林及丹麥等歐盟地區主要橋梁結構設計公司，與會廠商對淡江大橋主橋競圖表達高度興趣。在完成德國漢堡招商說明會後，公路總局將在東京及舊金山另辦理兩場國外說明會，廣邀國際優良橋梁設計公司踴躍參與競圖。

公路總局指出，淡江大橋主橋長約900公尺，完工後將成為台灣北部地區最重要的地標，在國外首場國際競圖說明會中，公路總局特別強調參與投標者除應考量橋梁功能性外，並應注重生態環境維護、文化遺址保護，並將淡水夕照融合於橋梁設計中。

淡江大橋計畫路線跨越淡水河口，連結新北市淡水區與八里區全長約6公里，計畫總經費約154.3億元。主橋段預計於2015年4月辦理設計發包工作，工程預計2017年初發包動工，並於2020年底完工通車。完工後將可紓緩台2線竹圍路段及關渡大橋交通量，帶動淡海新市鎮開發。（陳如嬌／台北報導）

台灣下周將審議婚姻平權法案，而日本演藝圈也罕見傳出女同志喜訊，28歲演員杉森茜和34歲寫真女星一之瀨文香將在明年4月舉行婚禮並宴客，宛如蔡依林《不一樣又怎樣》MV的女女婚情節。
 
據《日刊體育報》，兩人2年前在gay吧認識交往。一之瀨文香雖以F罩杯拍寫真吸引男粉絲，卻早在2009年受訪時出櫃，而杉森茜也曾公開表示自己「9成以上喜歡女性」。雙姝大方戀愛及發表婚訊，在日本社會仍屬少見，且法律上並未認可，不過日本網友大多表示祝福，佩服她們的勇氣。（吳惠菁／綜合報導）

《療癒系電量顯示》BatteryWidgetTomato 用手機電量也能種蕃茄（Android）

如果說每天的喝水量能種植物（Plant Nanny），那麼用手機電量來種蕃茄似乎也不是什麼奇怪的事了，「BatteryWidgetTomato」就是一款依據手機電量來種植蕃茄的療癒系桌面電量顯示工具。

將「BatteryWidgetTomato」拉至手機桌面擺放，就會依目前的電量來顯示蕃茄盆栽的狀況，一共分為五個生長階段，當電量只有 0~24% 時，就是剛萌芽的時期，快快幫手機接上充電器，補給養份讓蕃茄長大吧！

在 25~49% 會長出綠葉，在 50~74% 時則會開花，當電量充至 75~89% 時，就會長出綠色的蕃茄果實，再繼續餵食電量充飽飽就會結成漂亮的紅蕃茄囉！雖然小工具會需要佔去 1×2 的桌面空間，但看著盆栽隨電量變化，心靈是不是也被小小的治癒了呢？

故技重施 英籍華人運毒被逮

英籍華人Dan Yang （見圖，林郁平翻攝）4年前從台灣郵寄毒品到英國被逮，被判刑4年8個月後潛逃出境，展開上千公里、2個月的大逃亡。Dan易名後今年又大膽來台，昨故技重施將2公斤的K他命藏在鳳梨酥禮盒內，到北市同間郵局欲寄送到英國時，當場被刑事局逮捕。

40歲的Dan是馬來西亞華僑，擁有英國籍，早期是跨國偽卡盜刷集團成員，專門到世界各國盜刷精品，1998年曾因盜刷被澳洲警方逮獲，入獄服刑1年，後來加入跨國走私運毒集團，警方懷疑其家族可能都涉入。

2010年11月，Dan到北市大安路光武郵局，企圖以包裹寄送1萬7780顆「一粒眠」毒品到英國，被刑事局查獲，經法院判刑4年8個月，Dan在執行前潛逃出境，被法院發布通緝。

Dan昨天落網後透露當年費盡心思、驚心動魄的逃亡過程。他說，他先搭機飛到金門，再坐船偷渡到廈門，改搭火車到上海，隨即坐公車到昆明後，輾轉進入金三角、泰國南部，最後坐船逃回馬來西亞，上千公里的大逃亡，整整花了2個月的時間。

刑事局接獲馬國、大陸警方的情資，指Dan成功脫困後改名申請新的英國護照，以為神不知鬼不覺，又幹起跨國運毒生意，遂與馬國、大陸、香港警方合作聯手偵辦。

警方查出，Dan今年多次入境台灣，本月9日入境時，即派員監控。昨天中午警方發現Dan買了2盒鳳梨酥回飯店，研判毒品藏在裡面，絕對不是伴手禮。果然，Dan提著2盒鳳梨酥外出，並又重回4年前被捕的光武郵局郵寄，似乎自認同一個郵局不可能被抓2次，結果不可思議的是，被刑事局同一個專案小組當場逮獲。Dan滿臉驚愕，不敢置信，當場坦承收取50萬元要將2公斤的K他命寄到英國，訊後依毒品罪嫌移送法辦。
