可以穿著洋裝、套裝，鞋子的話多以魚口鞋或是包鞋為主。
治裝費會比便服店來的少一丁點，主要是客人的層次也沒有那禮服店和便服店最大的不同就是在於它的消費模式， 消費沒有便服店來的高， 所以酒店求職妹妹的薪水算法會不太一樣。

如果剛上班的禮服酒店小姐沒有禮服的話，怎麼辦呢？ 別擔心，我們酒店經紀會幫你準備的！ 一般來說禮服店 公關小姐的素質要求大約在跟便服酒店差不大， 但是年紀普遍會年輕許多，身高至少160cm以上，小姐素質處於中上，客人年齡層比較廣３０～６０歲都有。

消費模式和一般制服店差不多少，所以如果客人去便服酒店消費一次，大概可以來禮服酒店消費2~3次。 禮服酒店工作內容：不脫不秀舞、單純唱歌、喝酒、聊天的交際應酬上檯模式。

坐檯方式：私檯 (不用轉檯) 私檯說明：酒店公關由帶檯帶進包廂讓客人挑選(看檯)，只要客人選定後，公關就是服務這個客人，直到客人離場。 除非其他狀況例如：其他客人點檯、訪檯或框。

框說明：客人在店內消費喜歡一個小姐把小姐定住只能陪他一個，除非客人離場。

點檯說明：客人曾經來消費過感覺不錯的小姐，之後來指定那位小姐為點檯。

台北市禮服店目前已經有下午的店家，午場時段下午兩點就開始營業到凌晨六點。

午場上班的時段
P.M.2：00 ~ P.M.9：00 (不是每家店都有)
P.M.3：00 ~ P.M.10：00
P.M.4：00 ~ P.M.11：00
P.M.5：00 ~ P.M.12：00

晚場上班的時段
P.M.6：00 ~ A.M.1：00
P.M.8：00 ~ A.M.3：00
P.M.9：00 ~ A.M.4：00
P.M.10：00 ~ A.M.5：00
學生班：
P.M.11：00 ~ A.M.6：00
P.M.12：00 ~ A.M.7：00
(不是每家店都有，要帶妹妹去店家談) 上班的時段確定了之後呢，再來就是要決定你上班的天數了， 上班的天數會影響到妳的節數錢，也就是妳的薪水。
(以下為一周要上的天數)
通常一節是10分鐘，所以囉
三天班 $120/節 ~ $130/節，以時薪來算的話就是$720 ~ $780
四天班 $130/節 ~ $140/節，以時薪來算的話就是$780 ~ $840
五天班 $140/節 ~ $150/節，以時薪來算的話就是$840 ~ $900

需要注意的是所謂節數是指你坐在客人旁邊，幫他做好桌面服務、聊天時的時間哦！

萬一客人選其它妹妹不選妳，這樣的話妹妹是沒有薪水的哦！
所以把妹妹放在對她而言有競爭力的店是很重要的！
