6D不如7D?

　　小弟是個攝影新手對於攝影問題有很多不懂的地方，有天我問了朋友關於6D好嗎？
朋友說：那你要FF你就買5D3就好啦，攝影的朋友說他們都不推買6D，6D的ISO跟7D一樣。
當下感到傻眼

　　他說是攝影師跟他說的，他說買6D不如去買5D2(這點小弟認同，畫質上還有預算先決)。
那位朋友還說：7D還是機王欸，可用ISO跟6D一樣6D到1600跟7D一樣。
7D跟6DISO勘用到1600 再往上就是顆粒滿滿。
還說＂你知道6D沿用7D的東西嗎...＂

小弟我根據網路上的文章一一跟他辯論最後換得的答案是＂不想跟你爭= =這是攝影師跟我說的.....＂

是真的嗎?小弟對單眼不是很熟是否真有其事?
