換了版子跟CPU~~顯示卡沿用~~遊戲FPS下降??

舊的配備是i7 860+ASUS P7p55+金士頓SSD120G+16G DDR31600
顯示卡是MSI 560TI
之前玩星海2張數都有60左右
(以單機劇情戰役的基準下)

換了I7 4770K+ROG VI HERO
其他都沿用
現在有時FPS連30跑不到
選單提示那邊顯示幾項系統資源延遲(有時多有時少)

遊戲畫面設定都一樣,1920X1200,特效都是NV設定了全開,反鋸齒關閉.
但是FPS就是變低了,而有時過場動畫有些微卡卡的感覺,請教該從哪個方向查起.
