有聽過有人會以幾種方式隱瞞屋況，以下幾點可信嗎? 該如何觀察辨識? 1. 天花板可以裝潢隱瞞壁癌及漏水? 2. 牆壁貼磁磚可治壁癌或隱藏漏水嗎? 3. 窗戶有兩層的目的又是甚麼呢? 漏水不是應該打掉重做嗎? 4. 幾年以上的中古屋不要買? 5. 廁所、廚房水管在看屋時，該怎麼知道是否有阻塞啊? 6. 聽說2F因為大多是水管轉折處? 所以容易水管阻塞? 7. 一層4戶的電梯華廈早上上班時間會很難等電梯嗎? 感謝各位大大的意見分享~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.241.132.73
