如果你想在工作上再上一層樓，誰是你最需要討好的人？你的直屬上司。

一般人認為討好上司，這是巧言令色或諂媚的行為，其實不然，因為你的直屬上司，有權力決定你的工作內容，及分配你的工作時間，如果你跟你的老闆工作關係良好，他會助長你的實力快速長進，就算未來大家不在同一所公司做事，這樣的磨練也有助於你跳槽。現在就來倒數，應該做些什麼事，才會讓老闆開心、自己也上進：
