標題[問題] 樂天訂房扣款問題

我五月初在樂天訂了7/24的房間 http://ppt.cc/bOTy 本來以為是退房之後才會從VISA金融卡的帳戶扣款 想不到昨天發現這筆款項已經被銀行圈起來了 打去客服他跟我說這筆帳是在6/26刷的 想請問一下板上的朋友有沒有人遇過類似的狀況? 會不會是樂天出問題以為我是6/24入住所以6/26就先扣款了? 還是說是銀行那邊的問題?? 一萬塊也不是小錢啊~~如果到時候退完房又再被扣一次錢就預哭無淚了 QQ 謝謝大家 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.241.213.83
