兩個JR網站都可以預定票卷，不同在哪裡?

請問達人，
我找到兩個可以訂JR票卷的網頁，
一個是http://www.jreast.co.jp/e/index.html
一個是 http://jreast.eki-net.com/

第一個有中日英韓語言可使用，我進去到以下訂位系統：
http://jreast-shinkansen-reservation.eki-net.com/pc/e.../common/menu/menu.aspx

這個訂位系統可以訂票，我可以找到Azusa從新宿到大月的車票，可是為什麼沒有Fujikyuko Line從大月車站到河口湖這一段可以訂呢?? 因為是這個網站賣的富士山去回票卷行駛的範圍路線，但選單裡卻沒有富士急線這一段??

於是我又找到網友提供的http://jreast.eki-net.com/
，只有日文，
我靠著網友的圖文對照好不容易註冊完會員，
結果要準備訂票就卡住了....完全不懂日文!!

請問這兩個系統都是用來定JR東日本的車票，但有何不同呢?
大月車站到富士山河口湖這一段該到哪裡訂票呢?
