群眾聲援華光 法務部代表接陳情

台北地方法院今天上午起一連3天執行強制拆除華光社區33拆遷戶作業。由反拆遷社運人士、學生、少部分華光社區居民組成的華光自救會，中午到法務部門聚集，高喊「強拆暴政」，並上法務部大樓掛黑布條但被風吹落，群眾隨即與警方發生推擠衝突。

群眾持續在法務部門口靜坐、喊口號和演講。下午二時卅分，法務部秘書處長楊進合代表法務部出面接陳情書，並解釋法務部安排與北市社會局合作安置拆遷戶的情形。
