標題[閒聊] 跨不出去

工作一年多 老闆把我升為經理(當然這只是頭銜..因為員工數少) 越來我越覺得我真的無法勝任 有時候我會懷疑我到底適不適合業務 當初進公司也沒有料想到公司會如此業務導向 因為我真的不擅長和我底下的合作商溝通(拉起業績) 老闆給我很多時間轉換心態，也很用心培養我 但我始終沒有轉換過來 今天我跟老闆說是不是請他可以找一個業務能力強一點的人 畢竟公司還是要以業績為主 老闆果然下午在人力銀行找人了 我對自己很沒有自信 還滿想有人給我一點建議如何讓自己有自信 或者教我怎麼去創造業績 就算有頭銜...又如何 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.142.185.112
