【寶智華／雲林報導】斗南鎮明昌里紅瓦磘至傍晚6時50分仍水深及腰，社區道路被淹沒，約百人受困，鎮長張勝雄中午已先買六十個包子送給住戶，剛才又由消防隊協助，將泡麵、便當等物資送進積水區，立委劉建國也涉水進入災區，慰問居民。
