勞工遊行燒金與警衝突　二審下周宣判

【劉昌松／台北報導】非典勞動工作坊負責人林子文去年9月在一場勞工遊行中焚燒金紙，警員持滅火器上前撲熄，卻和林等人起衝突，林因動手推阻警員被台北地院依妨害公務罪判刑4月，今天林在20多位民眾聲援下到高院爭取清白，全案定18日做出二審宣判。

林子文因不滿政府讓勞工棺材本不保，去年在凱道舉行的「繳稅給政府，不如燒給好兄弟！」遊行中燒金紙，林不滿為了燒金紙這種民俗儀式遭判刑，在法庭外表示，希望更多人站出來，對抗天龍國的統治。法官開庭時，林再辯稱當天警員衝入群眾造成騷動，他在滅火粉末中看不清楚，只是推開噴嘴，並未違法。
