全募兵制 延後兩年上路

馬政府的國防重大政策「全募兵制」，確定延後上路。

原訂民國104年元旦實施全募兵制，由於配套措施尚未完備，確定將延後至民國106年元旦才實施。影響所及，民國82年12月31日以前出生的役男，1年的役期將無法選擇替代役，必須改服一般常備役。

至於民國83年1月1日以後出生的役男不受影響，仍只需4個月的基本軍事訓練即可。

國防部預計下午2時30分舉行記者會對外說明。
