出 租 人：王小姐 聯絡方式：0980623542 房屋地點：台中市西屯區西屯路二段270巷 所在樓層：1/6 租 金：4800元 其他全包.電不包.一度四元 押 金：2個月 坪 數：5坪 提供設備：電視.小冰箱.冷氣.單人床組.衣櫥.書桌椅.電熱水器 有無對外窗：有 照片連接：http://goo.gl/Fb8CEF 特色: 市面上太多裝潢的漂漂亮亮的房子一間都起碼要七八千以上... 經濟不景氣，荷包都縮水，我們要的是便宜又大碗的套房可以住 房客的心聲！房東都知道！ 我們這邊位於逢甲商圈旁，走路一分鐘馬上到，不用怕 也因為我們在巷子裡，不用擔心吵鬧的部分，讓我們住的便利又有品質！ 樓層也位於一樓的部分，下班下課回來不用擔心還要花力氣去爬樓梯！ 裡面也有小陽台，不用擔心衣服沒乾的煩惱 其他地方電一度起碼都要4.5元，房東知道大家的辛苦，只酌收4元！！！ 天阿~這種房東去哪找?? 剩下最後五間，趕緊把握！ 謝絕養貓狗，小野貓小狼狗除外 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.35.83.232
