想改費率，但是我才剛辦手機，怎辦?

6月初剛辦手機買htc new one
有搭配專案，第一次辦智慧型手機
一開覺得新鮮、方便
但是電話費不便宜
我原本是每月183元，是中華電話老客戶
但門號一直是用我家人的名字，用了10年
這次辦新手機，就順便改手機名字變成我的

這3個月來，每月都1千多元
覺得好貴，因為我本來通話費就不高
只是想辦來上網而已

有沒有辦法可以省電話費，或是改費率什麼的，
付違約金划得來嗎?
不然要一直每月付1千多元，好傷...

我是辦1343元，吃到飽，二年約~
