標題[問題] 檢舉亂丟垃圾的行車紀錄器時間...

這幾天碰到了好多亂丟菸蒂的車 還有一台在我右前方車道直接彈菸屁股掉到我車道來的 本想檢舉，但因為是晚上，紀錄器照不到菸屁股，只照到個彈菸的死人手 想說這樣應該不成... 而且，行車紀錄器已經買3,4年了，內藏的電池應該是沒電了， 紀錄的時間常常會跑掉...要拆開換電池有點麻煩... 所以想説，有沒有可能發現有車違規時，停車拿手機或手錶顯示日期時間 給行車紀錄器照來證明時間?? (反正紀錄器內建的顯示時間也都是能隨便調的) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.248.235.238
