台北仲介真的太多了 又沒有很多經驗 想問一下有經驗的大家幾個問題 先謝謝願意回答的前輩或仲介 A.如果簽一般委賣約通常會簽給幾家? 同家仲介可以給兩間店接嗎?(相差一個捷運站) 可以指定不要給菜鳥接案嗎? B.家裡附近就有10家仲介 有的不知口碑 優先順序為何? 信義 永慶 中信 東森 21世紀 有巢氏 住商 太平洋 台灣 群義 C.有好朋友也在仲介服務的情況下會怎麼選擇 1.非常好的朋友但在不同區 (好朋友幫你多出點力?) 2.同區完全不認識 (同區的對當地狀況比較瞭解比較會賣?) 同家仲介這種情況下大家會簽給1還是2 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 58.115.14.210
