巴西總統羅賽芙決定延後訪美

巴西總統羅賽芙17日宣布延後訪美，主因美國涉嫌對巴西進行網路監視。羅賽芙是在與美國總統歐巴馬討論後，宣布這項決定。她在聲明中指出，「兩國總統決定延後這次的訪問行程，因為這次訪問的結果，將不會以一項巴西認為一直未能滿意解決的問題作為前提。」這項聲明反映出巴西政府對美國國安局監視羅賽芙電子郵件的憤怒。白宮17日也表示，歡迎羅賽芙未來能訪問美國，強調美、巴關係的價值。
