標題[請問] 訂位退押金問題

因為中秋節的關係，有跟某烤肉區場地訂位 有先給場地費，但好死不死出現颱風 這種情況下，降低了原本要參加的願意 加上食材也沒辦法準備，因為只有機車 但店家跟我說場地費不能退，只能延期 因為是中秋節的關係，外地朋友才會回來南部 若延期就很難辦的成了 我想請教一下各位大大，店家這樣做是合法的嗎？ 因為場地費是二千小朋友還蠻多的，若是二百我就算了 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 124.11.129.132
