東京申奧成功，被視為安倍經濟學的第四支箭，預估7年後奧運登場將為東京帶來至少新台幣9千億元的經濟效益，創造15萬個工作機會，日本上下莫不懷抱高度期待與信心，也為復甦中的日本房市打了一劑強心針。

日本信義社長何偉宏表示，安倍首相上台後的各項作為讓日本國內經濟有明顯的振奮以及實質提升，據日本東京都廳統計，今年上半年不動產經濟研究所的統計平均房價較去年上漲近5％。

台灣赴日購屋熱潮自第1季開始升? 持續至第3季依舊火熱，日本信義今年第2季單季成交83.3億日圓 (約新台幣24.9億元)，直逼2012年全年的84.9億日圓（約新台幣25.4億元），統計2013年1至8月已成交157.4億日圓（約新台幣47億元），換算每月成交近今台幣6億元，赴日購屋潮正夯。
