使用插電燒烤盤來烤肉較快還是用木炭火種生火的烤肉架較快?

中秋節當天晚上我們家買了一台插電的燒烤盤但總覺得那種插電的雖然方便是沒錯但烤肉起來沒什麼烤肉感覺反而較難吃還有烤香腸都烤焦了還是沒烤熟到最後還要去水煮一下才能夠熟透?我看大腸包小腸攤販就直接放下去烤也沒有事先水煮過就能夠烤熟?也沒有切割整條放下去烤?
