原能會聲明：從未規避立院監督

行政院原子能委員會今天傍晚發表聲明，絕對沒有規避立法院的監督、不提供「壓力測試審查報告」給立法委員參考。

原能會表示，從今 (102 )年1月9日到5月30日之間，共有6次在「教育及文化委員會」或「教育及文化與經濟聯席委員會」提出口頭或書面報告，並非如立委向媒體所表示，原能會在立院休會時才繳報告、迴避國會檢閱。
