中信金公告擬售松壽路總行大樓

中信金控今天晚上公告，子公司中國信託銀行董事會通過，擬出售松壽路總行大樓房地所有權持分95%並公開徵選承買人 (得標人)，徵選截止日暫定為2013年11月5日。

公告訊息指出，因應中國信託銀行之南港新總行大樓即將落成啟用，松壽路總行大樓之使用單位預計搬遷至南港新總行大樓，以符合銀行法第75條有關商業銀行投資自用不動產之規定。

另外，中信金考量長期業務發展及企業識別效益，擬由中信銀留用松壽路總行大樓房地所有權持分5%，以保有營業據點。

中信金指出，得標人應承買松壽大樓房地所有權持分95%(中信銀保留其餘5%)；得標人應拆除松壽大樓，並與中信銀於原址合建新建大樓，由中信銀分得新建大樓總建物面積之5%(及其所屬基地持分)並應負擔5%興建成本。

另外，中信金及其子公司，有權向得標人價購新建大樓總建物面積之20%(及其所屬基地持分)，並就新建大樓其餘75%建物面積（及所屬基地持分）享有優先承買權。
