國營會：核能為不得不的選項

國營會執行長劉明忠上午表示，我國能源供給近98%為進口，且為孤島型獨立能源系統，價與量皆受國際情勢影響，追求能源多元化、降低對進口能源的依賴、提升能源自主性是確保我國能源安全的重要政策。他強調，核電具有穩定、低碳、低成本、發電效率高的特性，可做為我國邁向綠能低碳家園過程中不得不的選項。
