Mac illustrator 開啟檔案的錯誤訊息

我公司的Mac電腦 在開啟一個ai檔的時候會正常沒問題，但要再開啟第二個ai檔時
就會出現記憶體不足，即使重開機後也一樣 讓人很困擾，illustrator也有重裝過
還是一樣，還有一個怪現象是 之前有一個檔案明明已經刪除了，但不知為何
我們在新的檔案有做複製貼上的動作時，貼上的圖層 卻會有已經被刪除的那個
檔案的圖層，而且也因為這個原因 常常害我們的ai檔變的檔案很大，明明應該很
小才對，所以我想記憶體不足應該跟這個有關係，不知道有沒有人知道這是什麼
問題，有沒有辦法可以解決呢！！重裝已經試過了 看還有沒有別的方法 提供一下
