由公民1985行動聯盟發動的抗議行動，今天號召上千名群眾拉到中正紀念堂，坐滿主建築物正面兩旁階梯，並在群眾加油聲中，將三面大布條「天下為公」、「公民護憲，還權於民」及「黑箱服貿，重啟談判」等，緩緩從正面放下，為今天「十月十日，天下為公」活動暫時劃下一個句點。

影片說明，當布條從中正紀念堂前由上往下緩緩拉開對聯時，兩側公民同時持續喊著：「公民加油，公民加油！」
