大統油事件 名廚也喊無辜

大統油事件燃燒，日月潭美真館廚藝總監潘岱儒說，他現在沒有用大統油，但以前大家多少都會用，發生這種事情，身為廚師雖然無心，但也覺得對消費者感到難過不安。

紫金堂公司西式餐點生產技術顧問劉俊良說，大統油價格最低，成本可以降1到2成，「大家都會用」；聽到大統油出事，他嚇一跳，也覺得很生氣，畢竟消費者吃下肚會覺得是廚師欺騙。
