假造文件獲釋　美終身監禁囚犯重陷囹圄

【李寧怡／綜合外電報導】美國佛羅里達州兩名刑期為終身監禁的殺人犯，日前以假造的減刑文件騙過獄方，分別在上月及本月獲釋出獄。官方發現後，對兩名囚犯發布追捕令，周六晚間（台灣時間今天上午）在佛州一間汽車旅館將兩人雙雙逮捕。
 
兩名囚犯詹金斯（Joseph Jenkins）與沃克（Charles Walker）同為34歲，前者在1998年因搶劫及一級謀殺罪，被判終身監禁。被他殺害的男子羅斯柯卜（Roscoe Pugh）的家屬上周發現詹金斯已在上月27日出獄，通知檢方後，佛州執法部門才展開追捕，並發現沃克也在本月8日被誤釋。沃克1999年因二級謀殺罪而入獄。
 
檢調人員指出，佛州監獄因接獲兩人獲減刑為15年的文件，才讓兩人出獄。仿造得唯妙唯肖的文件上，有完整的案件流水號碼與法官簽名，目前仍在調查這些文件出自誰手，以及佛州司法體系的弊端。
