法務局提供胖達人違法資料　將求償3倍罰金

【胡治言／綜合報導】パン（音同胖）達人香精風暴事件，北市法務局昨已先將胖達人違法資料送交消基會，做為起訴依據，法務局也將依法提出損害額3倍的懲罰性賠償金。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，北市法務局昨表示胖達人團體訴訟案已有780人提出，消保官潘宏政透露，預估訴訟案件至少需耗時一年，但有信心勝訴，提出團體訴訟民眾當中，多為小額消費求償，依法每名消費者依法可向胖達人索求5百元至2萬元賠償金，另依消保法，還可請求損害額３倍的懲罰性賠償金。
