陝西房姐案二審 維持原判

中國大陸陝西省榆林市中級人民法院今天對「房姐」龔愛愛案二審公開宣判，裁定駁回上訴，維持一審有期徒刑3年的判決。

中新社報導，榆林市中院上午對「房姐」龔愛愛偽造、買賣國家機關證件案二審，公開宣判。

榆林市中級人民法院認為，原審判決認定事實清楚、定罪準確、量刑適當、審判程序合法，裁定駁回上訴，維持原判。

龔愛愛曾任陝西神木縣農村商業銀行副行長、榆林市人大代表，因在北京、西安、神木等地擁有多處房產，被稱為「房姐」。她同時擁有「多個戶口」。

陝西神木警方1月27日對龔愛愛涉嫌偽造國家機關公文、印章罪立案；檢察機關3月8日批准逮捕。

陝西靖邊縣人民法院9月29日對此案一審宣判，龔愛愛犯偽造、買賣國家機關證件罪，依法判處有期徒刑3年。

龔愛愛不服一審判決，在上訴期限內，透過靖邊縣人民法院向榆林市中級人民法院遞交上訴狀，榆林中院依法決定受理。
