照顧女公務員　懷孕及產後經評估可調整工作

【王家俊／台北報導】考試院院會今天通過《公務人員安全及衛生防護辦法》修正草案，因應兩公約及性別平等綱領等，落實保護母性思維，增訂各機關應對女性公務員在懷孕期及產後一年內提保護措施，包括建置哺乳等環境及設備，以及經醫師適性評估並聽取當事人意見後，採取必要的工作調整或健康保護。修正辦法將於近日內函請行政院同意會銜發布。

為紓解訟源，修正辦法增設公務員人對服務機關的安全及衛生防護事項有建議權、請求權，各機關應於30內回復辦理，且不得因公務員提出建議而給予不利益對待或不合理處置，卽所謂「禁止報復條款」。

考試院秘書長黃雅榜表示，行政院主管的職業安全衛生法，已強化勞工職災、安全等保護，試院也已擴大保護公務人員的身心健康。
