營養師:許多人平常吃油都超量

油安風暴持續燃燒,董氏基金會食品營養組主任許惠玉說,一般建議量油熱量不超過總熱量的35%,但現代人很多都超標。天然食物中就有很多有含脂肪,其中以紅肉含量最多,白肉偏低,其他如堅果、花生、糙米等都有油脂。

書田診所營養師李婉萍說,一天需要的油量差不多是外食白色塑膠湯匙一匙,原本用油炒菜,現在可以換成燙青菜加芝麻醬,或是下午喝杯杏仁茶。

李婉萍說,即使是好的油吃過量也會增加心血管疾病的風險,民眾千萬別緊張就去吃豬油,豬油不見得就比較好,真要用豬油,只能配豆腐、豆干,如果還配魚肉等,飽和脂肪酸就太多。
