1.來源連結:http://www.cna.com.tw/news/aloc/201311050157-1.aspx 2.內容: 最新更新時間：12:20:38 （中央社記者王鴻國新北市5日電） 新北市長朱立倫今天表示，樹林車站發展有限，擬採新板特區方式，進行鐵路改道及樹林 車站外移，另行規劃新樹林開發區。 新北市議會今天進行市政總質詢，民進黨籍議員陳世榮關心鐵路是否採地下化？朱立倫答 說，樹林鐵路高架或地下化，不再考量成本問題，而是以樹林未來長期發展有利的方向規 劃。 他表示，樹林車站發展空間有限，卡在捷運萬大中和樹林線，鐵路地下化的長度有限，也 無法與捷運共站，是否要規劃新樹林站，已要求交通局與地方作檢討。 他表示，就如同新板特區的新板橋車站，可能偏離市區一兩公里外設新車站，對樹林整體 長遠發展有好處，鐵路路線可移往山邊，現有鐵路就有如縣民大道的道路。 他強調，鐵路地下化不能解決樹林發展的問題，若採新路線，可維持新樹林站、樹調站及 山佳站等3個站數，開發面積可達數百公頃，比新板特區30多公頃要大，若定案，可先進 行開發，不影響現有鐵路的運作。 交通局長趙紹廉表示，新方案規劃在大安路及中正路口設新樹林站，可結合附近工業區及 農業區進行整體開發。1021105 3.心得或感想: 台汽機廠那塊地要起飛了?
