五木拉麵憑包裝袋退款　興霖再道歉

【高堂堯／南投報導】南投市興霖公司的五木拉麵「蔬菜拉麵」、「康健麵道（菠菜）」、「純麵煮意（菠菜麵）」，違法使用銅葉綠素染色；興霖品保部經理鄧同木和行銷部經理馮智御今天上午連袂再度向消費大眾致歉，強調只要憑產品包裝袋，無論已經食用與否、是否以促銷期優惠價購買，都可到原購買通路店家、南投市興霖本廠或各地營業所，以原價退款。

鄧同木指出，11月4日當天得知金鎬供貨有異後，就將10多公斤銅葉綠素當場退貨、停止生產上述三款產品，並陸續知會通路業者下架、回收，目前累計回收超過2千箱，日後將會同南投衛生局擇期銷毀；衛生局昨晚也前往興霖本廠查封庫存貨，今天持續赴賣場稽查下架作業。
