國軍招募工作座談　高廣圻勉持續精進成效

（軍聞社記者李一豪臺北十一日電）為強化國軍推動人才招募工作，國防部今天舉行「執行國軍招募工作綜合座談會」，參謀總長高廣圻上將嘉勉各級幹部的用心與付出，期許大家持續精進招募成效，為國軍推動「募兵制」奠定堅實基礎。

該項會議上午在國防部忠愛營區召開，包括副總長兼執行官廖榮鑫上將，以及國防部相關聯參、各軍種及各地區招募中心等單位主管和承辦人員與會。總長首先頒發團體獎金，肯定各單位積極推動國軍人才招募工作的卓著貢獻。

會中，國軍人才招募中心針對招募工作現況實施簡報，與會幹部也進行座談，希望透過意見交流與溝通，瞭解並協助執行單位解決相關疑難問題，使全般工作順利推動，精進招募成效，吸引優秀人才加入國軍行列。
