身障特考影片內容 考試委員有異議

身障特考是我國對於身障者特別的照顧，考選部拍了一部關於身障特考的影片，但考試委員認為影片強調身障者考十年才考上，這個重點不好，應該轉為強調考選部同仁有菩薩與上帝大愛精神，才會比較感人。
