劉政池遭檢方聲押　士院9時20分開羈押庭

【丁牧群／台北報導】苗栗縣長劉政鴻的胞弟劉政池涉嫌竊佔陽明山國有地一千多坪，今凌晨遭士林地檢署以《刑法》竊佔國土罪、詐欺罪、違反《山坡地保育利用條例》等罪嫌聲請羈押，士林地院將於今天早上9時20分開庭後，裁定是否羈押劉政池。
