【林修卉╱台北報導】民進黨立委田秋堇今上午召開記者會指出，市售泡麵油包驗出重金屬，「衛福部卻在第一時間指重金屬來自環境，為無法避免的污染物質」，她痛斥衛福部食藥署未積極把關，反而以未經科學檢驗的說詞粉飾太平，已嚴重失職。

師大化學系教授吳家誠表示，油包醬料裡面的銅、汞、鉛、砷都會累積在身體，會引發慢性病，而這不是一包、兩包泡麵的問題，很多吃這些東西的都是學生、弱勢與工人，「再這樣下去，不知道在台灣能吃什麼？」、「民以食為天，連天都沒有了！」
