標題[問題] 螢幕保固

各位好，小弟近日送修了一台nexus7 原因是螢幕裂開觸控失靈，問題是我本身是用一個防摔套包住平板放在包包 某一天繼續這樣做的時候他就壞了= = 今天asus的工程師打電話來跟我提維修費4500$ 我有跟他詢問過檢查狀況 他說 1.液晶螢幕外面的塑膠殼沒有破損 2.液晶有兩道破損 故判定為外力擊中導致螢幕受損 問題是我都是放在包包裡，如果今天我是摔到螢幕，那我自己這錢花下去也是合理的 但是今天我在一般使用的狀態下有這種狀況，該怎麼爭取自己的權益? 這是我找到nexus7的保固說明，請問這意思是螢幕完全不保固嗎? http://goo.gl/98OEc8 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.125.190.20 ※ 編輯: japan428 來自: 140.125.190.20 (11/18 10:47)
