請教一下，真對同一案件重復起訴，後繫屬的法院若以作出判決，且確定，先繫屬的法院應如何處理？ 1：已確定之判決應非常上訴，改作不受理判決；由先繫屬的法院進行判決。 2：尊重既判力，先繫屬法院應為免訴判決。 以上那個處理方式正確？還是都是錯誤的呢？ -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 223.142.150.53
