昨天下午寫中文信至香草 詢問關於搭乘者名字正確 但敬稱（MR/MS）與性別不正確的問題 甫收到回覆如下 感覺是中國大陸的客服 「如果是性別輸入錯誤,我們可以免費為您更正.請您把您的預約号碼和需要更正的 乘客戶照影印本,以E-FORM的方式郵送給我們,我們會按戶照給您更正.謝謝您合作.」 提供給也有相同問題的人囉 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.112.64.183
