【突發中心╱新北報導】各地政府瘋土地重劃，尤其新北新板特區、台中七期、高雄農十六成功開發，更鼓舞各政府投入土地開發，不過開發案仍不乏爭議案例，《蘋果》挑選淡海新市鎮、三峽北大特區與新莊副都心開發案為例，其中北大特區以台北大學為中心，開發成大學城，成為銀髮族退休居住首選；至於淡海新市鎮，則受限地點偏僻、出入交通不便，一度淪為最失敗的造鎮案，但隨著輕軌等交通建設啟動，造鎮案又出現曙光；反觀新莊副都心則陷於中央官署不願進駐，區內處處荒涼，只見建商炒房價，讓新莊民眾看得到、買不起，顯現完全不同的造鎮命運。
