小弟近期購買了一間預售屋。在開工後，沒多久就停工將近半年了。 現在建商有寄通知來請已購屋至建設中心換約，更改完工日期。 以合約書中第11條第二點 "（二）因政府法令變更或其他非可歸責於賣方之事由發生時，其影響期間。" 來告知。 想了 解的事，若是在開挖地下室時，發現地底下埋有水道需另外施工。 而造成的延後交屋。適用這條嗎? 請版上了解的前輩們，替小弟解答一下?? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 112.105.170.168
