【陳亮諭／綜合報導】鼎泰豐餐廳獲世界最讚連鎖企業第2名！國內連鎖餐飲服務品質第1名！米其林一星的肯定！為測試鼎泰豐能否為各類客人提供無差別服務，6組讀者為《蘋果》進行秘密客任務。其中，《蘋果》男記者吃煎餃弄髒褲子，服務員擦拭靠近褲襠的髒污10分鐘，一旁女客也傻眼。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，鼎泰豐曾因拒絕媽媽在店內哺乳遭非議，2名少婦帶幼子分別實測，皆由服務員陪同至公共哺乳室，雖來回耗時仍服務過關，但少婦雅婷需熱母乳，服務員錯誤建議要微波，經提醒才知需隔水加熱；少婦杜月娟被帶至有透明玻璃的餐廳空包廂哺乳，直說：「沒有隱私！」
