黃世銘案 下午2時30分開庭

檢察總長黃世銘被控涉嫌洩密罪，被台北地檢署起訴，台北地院今天下午2時30分開準備庭審理，傳喚黃出庭。黃委任律師羅明通替其辯護，預計以向馬總統陳報是屬行政不法等作為無罪答辯的主要論據，審判庭由主任檢察官周慶華執行公訴，台北地院合議庭審判長是彭慶文。
