我覺得今天的問題不在於威助這幾年在日本的表現 而是如果今天真的給到了35萬，那這樣要如何對其他球員交代? 兄弟的球員除了為榮耀打球之外，我想他們還是會希望薪水高一點(有錯請指正) 但過去的例子來看，周董拿到MVP也才28萬 奶茶清吃那麼局數，也只能乖乖去談心，所以其他球員才沒得抱怨 但如果給威助35萬之後，這樣其他球員就會想跟進 如果中信願意給，當然沒差，但如果不願意呢? 球員不爽，球迷也會不爽，這樣對中信一點好處都沒有 所以我建議，之後領隊一樣聘請洪老 至少洪老談出來的薪水象迷不會多說什麼(或許是已經習慣了) 這樣中信也不會倘的一身渾水 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.41.88.124
