1、 房屋地點： 台南市區，離火車站前站騎機車15分鐘以內 2、 房屋屋齡： 十年以內 3、 房屋類型： 有電梯，警衛保全的大樓 4、 所在樓層： 均可 5、 房屋坪數： 室內坪數15~20 6、 房屋格局： 兩房一廳或一房一廳 7、 房屋座向： 主要採光面偏好朝南，其次朝東，西或北也都可以 8、 屋前巷(路)寬： 9、 購屋預算 : 500萬以內，若超出，要看那個物件是否有好到值那個價值 10、 有無陽台： 陽台進出是最佳，不然至少要有工作陽台吧 11、 有無停車位： 不需車位 12、 交通： 離火車站前站騎機車15分鐘以內 13、 附帶條件說明： 離火車站前站不要太遠，要安靜，採光通風要好， 不要那種面大馬路或離大馬路很近車聲明顯的那種 屋齡不要太舊，新成屋尤佳。不愛有裝潢的房子，空屋較善 不要那種棟距狹小的，最好打開窗戶望出去有開闊感。高低樓層並不介意 14、 聯絡資訊： 站內信 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.239.16.203
