【陳建緯／基隆報導】基隆黃色小鴨21日亮相，製造商昨公開製作過程（大圖）及模型小鴨（小圖）。業者表示，為防止爆鴨意外，小鴨內部車縫線將黏貼加強條，增加鴨皮彈性。另外，基隆吹東北季風，小鴨側面承受的面積大，若遇強風吹襲恐破裂，基隆小鴨底座具360度旋轉功能，展示期間將視風力調整方向。
