【陳冠宇／新北報導】 昨天晚間10時許，新莊區重新堤外道兩台機車擦撞，造成一名坐在後座的20歲黃姓女子摔落路旁的大水溝，所幸黃女只是受到驚嚇及右膝擦傷，經送醫檢查後已無大礙。
