透天厝火警防煙囪效應　先往陽台逃生

【突發中心／綜合報導】桃園市一處透天厝昨清晨發生火警，造成祖孫三人葬身火窟，傳統透天厝的結構與一般大樓、公寓的設計差異很大，尤其是透天厝的樓梯往往會成為住宅內部煙囪效應的地點，桃園縣消防局第一大隊長鄭安平建議，透天厝建築火警時，不要往煙囪效應集中的樓梯逃生，應先往住宅前後陽台逃生，且防盜鐵窗應預留逃生口、逃生梯，在火災發生時才能爭取最大逃生機會。
